Refund and Returns Policy

At Golden Glamorr, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your earrings or other products, we are here to assist you with returns or refunds in accordance with the following policy.
1. Returns Eligibility
You may return your purchase within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided that the items meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, including any tags or labels attached.
- Custom or personalized products are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at info@goldenglamorr.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
- Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., receiving a damaged or incorrect item).
3. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original method of payment. Please note:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If the item is returned in a condition that does not meet the requirements outlined in our return policy, we may reject the return or issue a partial refund based on the condition of the item.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your purchase for a different item, please follow the same steps as for a return and place a new order for the desired item. The exchange will be processed as a return, and a new order will be placed to ensure you receive the item of your choice.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@goldenglamorr.com. We will arrange for a return and either send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including any applicable shipping costs. Please include photos of the damage or defect to help us process your request quickly.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 7 business days, please check your bank or credit card account. If the refund is still not visible, contact your payment provider, as it may take additional processing time before the refund is reflected in your account. 7. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom or personalized jewelry.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.
